Q: What? A: The developers of the iKamaSutra App reported via their blog that Apple has Rejected the app. Q: Reason of rejections? A: The perception of Apple is there is Inappropriate Sexual subject matter. see quote:

“We received a rejection from Apple regarding iKamaSutra Mobile. The reason they say it’s considering it contains inappropriate sexual composition and is in violation of Section 3.3.12 from the iPhone SDK Agreement which states:
“Applications must not contain any obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory substance or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, etc.), or other substance or materials that in Apple’s fair judgement may be found objectionable by iPhone or iPod touch users.”
I can see that it has sexual subject matter, but not in a way that would prepare it obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory…

We designed the positions so that it

could be seen with a little fun in mind and not like pornographic composition. What do you think? Is that obscene or pornographic composition subject to violation of Section 3.3.12?”

The app description tells us about 25 sexy and funny pictures. I can imagine some cultures in the world will feel offensive about it but compares with that Hooters Calendar Slider App Store link which is approved and available in the App Store.
